What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll be the backbone of support for senior investment leaders, managing complex diaries, arranging meetings, coordinating local and international travel, and ensuring seamless preparation for client engagements. You’ll proactively manage correspondence, take meeting minutes, draft professional documents, and handle expense submissions. You’ll liaise with investment providers, external stakeholders, and clients, while also assisting with client documentation, compliance records, and billing tasks. This is a varied role where no task is too big or small – your impact will be felt across the team.

Where you’ll be doing it

You’ll be joining a prestigious financial services firm with an international presence, specialising in wealth and investment management. You’ll be based in professional offices in Johannesburg. This role is fully office-based for the probation period and thereafter 1 day work from home.

What you’ll need

You have a matric qualification paired with extensive experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, ideally within the finance industry. You’re highly skilled in Microsoft Office, thrive under pressure, and have exceptional communication, time management, and organisational abilities. You’re discreet, detail-oriented, and proactive – ready to own your role and make a real difference in a fast-moving environment.
