Salary: R60 000 – R70 000 CTC per month

What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
Reporting directly into the MD you will be responsible for co-ordinating of the financial functions of the company. The MD is a great guy who encourages an open door policy and values his employees. You’ll be compiling management reports, preparing for year-end audit, complete cashflow, financial planning and analysis, foreign payments, payroll, debtors, creditors and various submissions. You’ll work hands on with investigating customer returns, submitting insurance claims and liaising directly with clients.
The turnover is around 200 million per annum, financial year end is December and you’ll have someone reporting to you.
Where you’ll be doing it
The office is based in Kempton Park, there are 28 employees, it’s not a suit and tie type of environment, more laid back. It’s an open plan office with a relatively flat structure. It’s a global pharmaceutical company that has been going from strength to strength. It’s a Monday to Friday, in office role with 8am to 16:30 hours.
What you’ll need
You’re super organized, reliable and trustworthy. We’re looking for someone with a financial degree with at least 15 years of accounting experience. You will need to be experienced in working up to management account level, you’ll need to have processed payroll, have some forex experience as you’ll be working with multiple currencies but mainly euro’s and dollars. Additionally, you’ll need to have some stock related financial experience.
We’d ideally like someone that’s experienced in SAP and Pastel Evolution but we’re open to considering other similar packages. This is a role for someone that wants stability, there is no big hierarchy at the company.
