You’ll lead the design and technical execution of solar PV systems across rooftops, ground mounts, and hybrid battery solutions. From running feasibility studies and yield assessments to producing detailed technical drawings, you’ll ensure projects are robust, cost-effective, and efficient. You’ll collaborate with suppliers, prepare reports for permitting, and provide on-the-ground support through construction, commissioning, and handover. Alongside optimising system performance, you’ll guide junior engineers and help set best-practice standards across the engineering team.Where you’ll be doing it

A BEng or BSc in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering, with 3–7 years’ hands-on experience in solar and battery projects. Strong technical skills using design tools such as PVsyst, Helioscope, and AutoCAD are key, along with knowledge of grid codes and permitting processes. Experience with battery energy storage systems, inverters, and energy management platforms will be advantageous.What you’ll get
