What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll manage a mixed portfolio of large corporate clients across healthcare, retirement, and employee benefits. Your time will be focused 80% on client servicing, delivering annual reviews, onsite training and education, and ongoing client support, and 20% on new business development. You’ll build long-term relationships, identify opportunities, and play a key role in delivering standout advice to your clients.

What you’ll need

You bring at least 5 years’ experience in medical aid or retirement fund consulting, backed by solid qualifications, RFP or AFP, RE5 (RE1 a plus), and FASE accreditation. You’re results-focused, understand operational processes, and have the emotional intelligence to build trust with clients and colleagues alike.
