What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll coordinate cross-functional bids across audit, advisory, risk, and tax service lines -ensuring timely, high-quality submissions that align with public sector procurement requirements. Your day-to-day will include managing bid timelines, developing tailored proposal content, and facilitating collaboration between senior stakeholders. You’ll also play a strategic role in building proposal templates, refining governance processes, and maintaining a library of high-impact collateral. Expect to juggle multiple deadlines, guide teams through complex tender requirements, and contribute to a fast-moving growth agenda.

What you’ll need

You’ll hold at least 3–5 years of bid or proposal management experience from a professional services or audit environment. A proven track record in managing public sector tenders is essential, as is your ability to interpret procurement requirements and drive compliance. You should bring excellent project and stakeholder management skills, along with proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Suite.
