What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll drive the strategic and operational performance of asset management across the organisation. From shaping lifecycle strategies and aligning them with business goals, to leading multidisciplinary teams and implementing engineering standards, you’ll ensure assets are optimally acquired, maintained, and retired. You’ll be the go-to leader for asset data accuracy, compliance, risk-based planning, and performance reporting, while actively promoting continuous improvement through analytics, root cause assessments, and system optimisation.

What you’ll need

A degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering, or Project Management is essential, with further qualifications in Asset Management being advantageous. You bring over 5 years of leadership experience in asset management or operations in solar PV energy, strong engineering knowledge, and a proven ability to lead technical teams. Proficiency with asset management systems, lifecycle planning, and stakeholder collaboration is key, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.
