Her role blends operational oversight with innovation. Imke is a driving force behind The Talent Experts’ technology research, AI tools, and strategic enhancements, ensuring the team has access to the best possible platforms to deliver high-impact recruitment solutions. She also supports candidate research and project management, particularly within the IT, finance, audit, risk, and engineering sectors.

Family is at the centre of Imke’s life. She has three children and is very involved in her church and its activities. With her German background, she also brings her heritage into her family life.
