With her extensive experience and expertise in various roles, Kayley brings a wealth of knowledge and a unique skill set to our team.

Kayley has 7 years of solid recruitment experience as a Specialist Recruitment Consultant, specialising in the Engineering and Renewable Energy sectors, successfully identifying and securing elusive, scarce-skill business talent.

When she is not driving operations and training excellence, Kayley is “mom” to two beloved dogs and spends much of her weekends with her family. She loves taking the dogs for walks, enjoys home projects, and is passionate about arts and crafts, often creating unique pieces in her spare time.
