Lisa-Mari Jordan is an experienced professional who has dedicated her career to helping organizations find the right talent for their Engineering and Renewable Energy needs in South Africa. Currently, she holds the role of Team Leader for Engineering Recruitment at The Talent Experts.

Before joining The Talent Experts, Lisa-Mari was an Account Manager at Print a Label for five months. Prior to that, she spent almost two years at SegenSolar Pty, in the role of New Sales Development. Her responsibilities in these roles varied, showcasing her versatility, but were predominantly rooted in sales and account management.

Lisa-Mari’s career path illustrates a strong commitment to the fields of recruitment and technical sales. She has significant experience in assisting both hiring managers and engineering professionals navigate the recruitment process. With a focused, streamlined process that emphasizes quality over quantity, she has been successful in making meaningful matches between organizations and candidates.
