Tanja is the driving force behind The Talent Experts, infusing the company with over 23 years of recruitment experience and a tireless commitment to quality. Armed with an MBA (Cum Laude) from Stellenbosch University, her career journey began with DAV Professional Placement Group, where she ascended the ranks to become Managing Director over 15 years.

Seeking new challenges, she took time out for an MBA before spearheading a successful turnaround at the South African branch of UK-based recruitment firm Gattaca. Yet, her vision of creating a homegrown, niche recruitment company focusing on quality was unwavering. Thus, The Talent Experts was born.

Tanja’s passion for high-quality recruitment and exceptional client service sets the standard for the company.
