What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll take ownership of your own client portfolio, supporting Financial Advisors with investment, insurance, medical aid, trust and estate administration. From processing new and existing business to managing client reviews, broker diaries and platform requests, you’ll become the trusted point of contact for clients and product providers. You’ll be fully office based in Durbanville so living in the northern suburbs is ideal.

What you’ll need

Matric, at least 3 years’ experience in financial planning administration, and fluency in Afrikaans and English are essential. Experience with CRM systems such as XPlan, @Work, Workpool or Elite Wealth, investment platforms including Allan Gray, Glacier or Ninety One, and life companies such as Discovery, Momentum or Sanlam will set you apart. Knowledge of FAIS, FICA, FATCA, POPIA and Microsoft Office is important, while RE exams or a Financial Planning qualification would be advantageous.
