You’ll act as the technical authority for a comprehensive admixture portfolio, advising customers on product selection, application and optimisation. From conducting laboratory testing and interpreting results to providing on-site support for workability, setting time and durability challenges, you’ll ensure high-performance outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with sales to deliver technical presentations, proposals and CPD workshops, while contributing to product development and continuous improvement. Alongside this, you’ll develop best-practice documentation, lead internal training and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards.Where you’ll be doing it

A degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, Concrete Technology, Chemistry or similar, with 5–8 years’ experience in concrete technology or admixtures. You’ll bring strong mix design knowledge, hands-on laboratory testing experience, and the ability to interpret and communicate technical data effectively. Exposure to industry standards and prior technical leadership experience will be advantageous.What you’ll get
