What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

Reporting directly to the Founder, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the business. You’ll improve systems and processes, coordinate meetings, support key projects (including a new database and website rollout), and provide day-to-day operational support. You’ll conduct in-depth market research into South Africa’s investment landscape, identifying new clients and market opportunities. Additionally, you’ll shape and execute the digital marketing strategy, manage the website and social media platforms, and create engaging content — giving you exposure across operations, research and marketing in one dynamic role.

What you’ll need

A relevant degree,(NON Negotiable) experience conducting research assignments, and strong proficiency in Excel. You’ll be IT savvy, highly organised and comfortable working autonomously. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, along with strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
