Salary: Market related

Ready to grow new markets and shape strategy in a leading industrial tech environment?

Is this you?

You’re strategic, relationship-driven, and love turning opportunities into long-term growth. Whether it’s pitching a new product or guiding market strategies, you’re a confident communicator who thrives on making connections. With strong planning, analytical and presentation skills, you’re not just good at selling—you’re great at listening, solving problems and building trust.

What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll identify and pursue growth opportunities in key verticals and beyond, helping expand market reach through product specification and tailored solutions. Your day-to-day will include meeting with consultants and specifiers, securing specifications in tenders and projects, and collaborating closely with product, marketing, and sales teams. You’ll also analyse market trends, report on performance, and be instrumental in developing growth strategies that deliver real results. It’s a varied role with impact, autonomy, and room to grow.

Where you’ll be doing it

You’ll be joining a globally recognised engineering and manufacturing organisation known for delivering high-performance solutions to clients across the industrial and commercial spectrum. With a strong presence in South Africa, they are respected for their technical excellence, innovation, and collaborative culture. Expect a supportive team, a focus on strategy and quality, and the chance to work on forward-thinking projects that matter.

What you’ll need

You’ll need an N6 Technical Certificate, with a trade test in Electrical/Electronic being an added bonus. A deep understanding of industrial products and at least 3 years’ experience in OEM, manufacturing, or electrical sales is essential. You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office, managing multiple priorities, and communicating clearly and persuasively with stakeholders. Experience with consultants/specifiers is a strong advantage.

What you’ll get

A competitive salary, medical aid (50% employer contribution), 10% pension contribution, and disability cover. You’ll also gain the opportunity to work with market leaders on innovative solutions in a collaborative and professional environment.
