What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll take charge of managing renewals and client retention across a diverse property portfolio. Acting as the main point of contact for existing tenants, you’ll ensure their needs are met while driving engagement and satisfaction. You’ll monitor lease expiries, negotiate extensions and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships. Working closely with operations, finance and marketing teams, you’ll help maintain high occupancy levels and ensure an exceptional client experience. Your role will also involve tracking key metrics, analysing feedback, and compiling reports that highlight renewal performance and retention success.

Where you’ll be doing it

You’ll be joining an innovative property business that is transforming the logistics landscape through its network of serviced logistics parks and are expanding their business. You’ll be based at the Head office in Cape Town CBD but you will travel across business parks in the Cape Town region, working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values initiative and achievement.

What you’ll need

You’ll have a Matric qualification with at least five years of customer service/administration/sales administration type but our preference will be someone in the commercial or industrial property sector, with a solid understanding of lease renewals, retention strategies and client management. Your background should include strong administrative and organisational skills and excellent attention to detail Proficiency in property-management systems such as MDA/MRI would be beneficial. You’ll have a calm, solutions-driven approach, a self-starter attitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s licence, reliable transport and the ability to be office-based with site visits as required are essential.
