Reliability is important to you, and you’re happy working consistent office hours from 08:00 to 16:00 each weekday.

What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

As the first point of contact, you’ll welcome clients, visitors and suppliers while creating a professional and friendly reception experience. You’ll manage incoming calls, direct enquiries, prepare refreshments for guests and ensure the reception area always reflects the high standards of the business. In addition, you’ll assist with general administration, data capturing and system clean-up projects when required. You’ll enjoy this role because every day brings interaction with people while allowing you to use your organisational skills to keep the office running smoothly.

Where you’ll be doing it

You’ll be joining an innovative, medium sized firm that provides customised financial planning and investment services to retirement funds and their members. They have been going for over 6 years and have experienced phenomenal growth in the past year. You’ll be based in gorgeous offices in Tygervalley, Bellville.

What you’ll need

Matric is essential, together with a minimum of two years’ receptionist experience within a corporate environment. Fluency in both Afrikaans and English is non-negotiable, along with a well-presented, professional appearance and excellent communication skills. A positive attitude, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities will ensure your success.
