You’ll take ownership of the creditors function, from placing purchase orders and tracking delivery dates to processing supplier invoices and reconciling statements. You’ll prepare payment packs for EFT banking, send remittances, and ensure payments are correctly allocated. Filing will be done digitally by project, keeping everything streamlined and accessible. Essentially, you’ll be the key link ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time.Where you’ll be doing it
You’ll be joining a stable and well established company that specialises in high-end design, construction, and project management. With a reputation for delivering bespoke, quality-driven solutions, they are known for their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Their offices are based in Ottery, their working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and ending at 14:30 on Friday’s. You’ll join a team of 30 employees split between CT and JHB.What you’ll need
A minimum of a Matric qualification with 5 years’ experience in a creditors role, with proven competence in supplier reconciliations and payment processing. Intermediate Excel skills are essential. Ideally you’ve worked on Pastel Evolution but as long as you are proficient in some financial software. You’ll need confidence in dealing with suppliers directly, combined with accuracy, persistence, and a strong eye for detail.What you’ll get
