You are a confident person with an outgoing personality. You’re someone who is looking for a company that has a fast-paced environment that is continuously growing. You have great phone etiquette with clear communication skills. Finding methodical systems is something you enjoy and have strong problem-solving skills.

What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You will be responsible for managing inbound sales enquiries and coordinating lead handling activities for the leasing team. You will oversee appointment scheduling and maintain system data which ensures client communication. Overall, you will be enhancing responsiveness, tracking and leasing performance and love it as you will be getting the chance to know everybody as the go to person for this function.

Where you’ll be doing it

You’ll be joining a leading property business that focuses on an entrepreneurial mindset and is gradually shifting into ecommerce and storage. You will be based in their Cape Town CBD head office, Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm working in fast-paced, collaborative and flexible setting.

What you’ll need

You are a South African citizen with a Matric certificate. You have at least 2 years’ experience in sales and customer services. You enjoy being on the phone and communicate at corporate level English. You thrive in a fast paced environment, focused on innovation and enjoy putting systems in place. You are self-driven and can manage high demands.
