What you’ll need

You’ll ideally have a degree in Life Sciences or Business Management, with over 5 years’ experience leading customer service teams—especially within CRM and ERP environments. Your background includes driving process improvements, working with quality systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485), and using platforms like HubSpot or SAP B1. Attention to detail, strong planning skills, and the ability to prioritise are essential.
