What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll be the key contact point for customers, handling queries across multiple channels while ensuring timely and accurate order processing. From preparing quotes and managing fulfilment updates to capturing detailed data on ERP and CRM systems, your role supports the full order lifecycle. You’ll liaise closely with internal teams including Sales, Logistics, and Finance to ensure every customer experience is smooth, professional, and aligned with service-level expectations. You’ll also contribute to process improvements by identifying recurring issues and supporting ISO-compliant documentation practices.

What you’ll need

A completed tertiary qualification in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences or related is essential. You should also bring at least 3 years’ customer service experience in a scientific, laboratory, or medical product environment. CRM/ERP system experience (such as HubSpot or SAP B1), excellent communication skills, and high attention to detail are all crucial. Familiarity with ISO 9001 is a must, while ISO 13485 is a plus.
