What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll lead the digital and eCommerce function, from developing marketing strategies to executing paid media campaigns and enhancing the customer journey. Working closely with leadership and agency partners, you’ll drive brand engagement, optimise the eCommerce platform, and coordinate content across multiple channels including social, email, and search. You’ll run A/B tests, manage performance marketing, improve UX/UI, and oversee CRM tools. Expect a dynamic role that requires creative input, data analysis, and project oversight, all while ensuring budgets and timelines are met.

What you’ll need

You’ll bring a degree or diploma in Marketing or Digital Marketing, with 3–5 years’ relevant experience in digital campaign management, eCommerce platforms, and CRM tools. If no degree, then you’d need to have some form of related tertiary along with strong ecommerce and digital marketing experience. Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo or Mailchimp, CMS systems, and analytics platforms is essential. Experience in the beauty industry and category management is a plus. Your strengths include SEO, PPC, project management, stakeholder engagement, and a flair for premium branding.
