Kick-start your accounting career in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment!

Is this you?

You’re a motivated, ambitious and energetic individual eager to learn and grow. You thrive in dynamic environments, bring a detail-oriented approach, and enjoy collaborating across teams. With a curious mindset, you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.

What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll support financial management and reporting across the group, working on journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly reporting packs. Your responsibilities will range from maintaining accurate general ledger records and preparing balance sheet reconciliations, to billing and managing recoveries. You’ll get hands-on experience in bank reconciliations, audits, and compliance while supporting the finance manager with accurate and timely information. Along the way, you’ll play an active role in improving processes, automating tasks, and collaborating with both finance colleagues and other teams.

Where you’ll be doing it

You’ll be joining a trailblazing organisation that is redefining the property landscape with its innovative serviced logistics parks. Recognized for its customer-centric approach and commitment to excellence, the company provides a vibrant, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial culture. With a strong focus on teamwork and growth, this is a place where your contributions will be valued, and your career can flourish. You’ll be office based Monday to Friday in Midrand (Gauteng).

What you’ll need

You’ll hold or be in your final year of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, being newly qualified or having 1-2 year’s experience in accounting. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations) are essential, and exposure to property finance systems such as MDA or MRI will be a real bonus. Above all, you’ll bring the drive to succeed and the willingness to learn.

What you’ll get

A competitive basic salary and, following your probation period, access to a provident fund and group risk cover. You’ll also gain invaluable experience within a forward-thinking, growth-oriented company.
