What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Director across office management, finance administration and compliance tasks. Your days will include invoicing and debtor follow-ups on Xero, payment summaries, reconciliations, Netcash debit order administration, commission uploads and reporting on Commspace, as well as managing recurring business processes and documentation deadlines. You’ll also assist with HR administration, onboarding support, drafting contracts and maintaining company records. You will enjoy this role because no two days are the same, and your ability to stay organised and proactive will make a visible impact across the business.

What you’ll need

Matric and s strong background in administration, PA support or office coordination is essential, ideally within financial services or a regulated environment. Experience using Xero, Netcash or similar systems will be highly beneficial, along with confidence handling financial administration, compliance documentation and recurring operational tasks. Strong communication skills in English and Afrikaans, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently are key.
