Is this you?

You’re eager to work with clients, polite and professional, with a love for structure, process and detail. A natural team player who can also work independently, you communicate clearly in English, handle numbers confidently, and bring strong ethics to everything you do.

What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll keep a boutique advisory practice running smoothly: onboarding and off-boarding clients, managing calls and inboxes, greeting visitors, and logging every interaction in the CRM. You’ll prepare review packs, capture CDD and compliance data, request portfolio information and generate, submit and chase up documentation for ongoing transactions. You’ll coordinate diaries with providers, maintain new-business and replacement registers, arrange local/overseas couriers, track CPD for advisors, and keep office supplies and routines humming, including locking up when needed. Expect varied, meaningful admin that directly supports clients and advisors.

Where you’ll be doing it

With a small, established financial planning practice known for personal service and disciplined processes. You’ll join a close-knit team that values reliability, professionalism and doing right by clients, an environment where your organisation and ownership truly matter.

What you’ll need

Matric and at least 1 year’s working experience in an admin support role with exposure to financial planning. You also need solid MS Office experience, a valid driver’s licence and your own car to run errands from time to time. Only candidates currently living in Cape Town can be considered.

What you’ll get

A market related salary package aligned to your skills and experience, plus the chance to grow across marketing, reporting and process improvement in a professional, people-first setting.
