You’ll be facilitating FX trades, primarily for individual clients, ensuring each transaction is processed accurately and on time. Acting as the bridge between clients and trading desks, you’ll resolve queries and operational issues with efficiency. You’ll also ensure all transactions comply with exchange control regulations and international payment requirements, while maintaining strong client relationships and streamlining operational processes to enhance efficiency.Where you’ll be doing it

You’ll bring experience in FX intermediary services or treasury outsourcing for retail clients (TOC), coupled with knowledge of international payments and settlements. A sound understanding of the FX regulatory landscape, including KYC, FICA, AML, and exchange control rules, is essential. Strong MS Office skills, adaptability to in-house systems, and excellent communication abilities will help you excel. Experience with FX trading platforms is an advantage.What you’ll get
