What you’ll need
You’ll have a relevant bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) and at least five years’ management experience in a senior HR role, ideally across multiple geographies. You bring expertise in performance management, talent development, employee relations, and HR strategy. You’re business minded, analytical and data-driven, you’re skilled in change management, coaching, and conflict resolution, with a passion for driving engagement and inclusion. You have a high EQ, have a great sense of humour, can engage in healthy debate with strong personalities and different cultures. We’re looking for someone that’s hands on, happy to get stuck in. The role has flexible working hours but the business has a large contingent of young employees, it runs 24/7/365 and we need someone that understands the dynamic. Ideally you’re from a BPO type of environment or similar where the focus is big on talent. It’s quite a flat structure and despite being part of an international company, the environment is quite agile and entrepreneurial so if you’re a fit for a big corporate with silo roles and divisions then this wouldn’t be a fit for you.
