You’ll be leading the electrical department with full operational oversight. Ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget and to the highest standards. Your days will be a mix of project planning, site visits, technical reviews, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll oversee contract management, pricing, safety, quality control, and compliance. Driving performance and improvements across the board. A BTech or BSc in Electrical Engineering, along with 10+ years’ experience in the electrical industry, preferably in senior project or operational roles. Project management qualifications and registration with SACPCMP or ECSA will set you apart. You’ll need a solid grasp of contracts (JBCC, NEC, FIDIC), SHEQ and ISO standards, SANS 10142, and the ability to lead teams, manage risks, and deliver operational efficiency.What you’ll get
