You’ll play a key support role to the External Sales team by processing and managing customer orders accurately and efficiently. From order capturing and documentation to coordinating with relevant departments to ensure on-time delivery, you’ll keep the wheels turning smoothly. You’ll follow up on outstanding orders, resolve queries promptly and maintain organised records, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.Where you’ll be doing it
Our client is a well-established and growing manufacturing organisation with a strong market presence and performance-driven culture. Based in Randburg, the office operates Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:30.What you’ll need
A Matric certificate (non-negotiable) and at least one year’s experience in an administrative role, ideally having done quotes and invoices. You’ll bring strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and time-management skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-moving environment. Clear communication skills and a willingness to learn are essential. We’re looking for someone that’s young and dynamic.What you’ll get
