What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll be the first point of contact for incoming enquiries, qualifying leads and supporting the external sales team by coordinating meetings, preparing quotes and processing orders. Your role will involve managing CRM and ERP systems, tracking sales activity, compiling reports and assisting with stock control and deliveries. You’ll also engage with walk-in customers, manage samples, liaise with logistics providers and ensure orders are accurate and on time. From expos to daily administration, you’ll play a central role in keeping sales operations running smoothly.

Where you’ll be doing it

You’ll join a well-established South African manufacturing business operating in the construction and building materials sector. Known for quality, consistency and long-term industry relationships, the company offers a stable, supportive environment with hands-on leadership and a strong service-driven culture. You will be based in their offices in Pretoria.

What you’ll need

You’ll have at least 3 years of experience in internal sales or customer support, ideally within construction or building materials. You’re comfortable reading building plans, working with measurements and using MS Excel and CRM/ERP systems. Strong administration skills, attention to detail and clear communication are essential. Being Pretoria-based with your own transport is required.
