What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll support investment and business development professionals by preparing and submitting compliant investment proposals, mandates and documentation within agreed SLAs. You’ll manage workflows and priorities across multiple stakeholders, respond to adviser and client queries, and ensure seamless service delivery through efficient administration. Alongside this, you’ll contribute to a collaborative team culture, take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision, and adapt quickly to new systems and processes in a dynamic financial services environment.

You’ll join an award winning fund manager, known for its strong adviser partnerships, client-centric approach and commitment to excellence. You’ll be fully office based in lovely offices in Bellville, Cape Town.

What you’ll need

You’ll have experience in an administrative or support role within retail investments, ideally linked to investments or adviser support. Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. You’ll need to communicate clearly and professionally, be comfortable working to deadlines, and show a willingness to learn and grow within an investment environment. You need to be fluent in Afrikaans and only candidates currently living in Cape Town can be considered.
