What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll act as a central point of contact for client queries, ensuring professional and timely communication while maintaining accurate CRM records. From coordinating workflows and tracking deadlines within the client service team to preparing for quarterly client meetings, uploading report packs and producing polished meeting minutes, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll also support client events, manage gifting initiatives, assist with online client portal onboarding and provide hands-on support to enhance the overall client experience. This is a varied, people-focused role where no two days are the same.

What you’ll need

Matric and no less than 2 years previous experience in administration and client service, ideally gained within financial services. You’ll bring strong organisational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Confidence on the telephone, excellent interpersonal skills and solid experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office are essential. A positive attitude and willingness to learn will set you apart. Only candidates currently residing in Cape Town can be considered.
