What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

In this role, you’ll support the Head of Distribution and wider investment team, ensuring that client-facing processes and materials are always accurate and up to date. From preparing polished presentations and proposals to coordinating client communications and managing due diligence documentation (DDQ’s), your work will be structured and meaningful. You’ll enjoy this because your attention to detail will directly influence how clients experience the business, while your analytical input will help shape clear, data-driven messaging that supports growth. You’ll get to drive the implementation of AI into your role to make you and the business stand out.

Where you’ll be doing it

You’ll join a well-established player in the investment and financial services space, known for its professional, collaborative culture and commitment to excellence. The environment is fast-moving and detail-driven, with a strong emphasis on delivering quality work that builds long-term client relationships. You’ll be based in lovely offices in Claremont Cape Town and will have the option to work hybrid.

What you’ll need

An Honours degree in Finance, Business or similar will set you up well, along with a solid understanding of financial markets and how to complete a DDQ. Strong analytical ability, exceptional attention to detail and excellent organisational skills are essential. Previous experience in financial services, sales support or an administrative role will be advantageous, along with confident communication skills. You need to be sporty, outgoing, open to socialising with colleagues and mature in your approach to work. Only candidates currently residing in Cape Town can be considered.
