Your first six months will be dedicated to learning from one of the best, working closely under the guidance of the Director as you gain a deep understanding of the financial products, the industry, and the regulatory environment. During this time, you’ll also complete your RE5 qualification. Once trained up, you’ll begin engaging in business development, reaching out to Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) and setting up meetings. From there, you’ll start attending client meetings with the Director, eventually building your own book of clients. It’s hands-on, relationship-driven and growth-focused.Where you’ll be doing it

A completed degree in Finance, Economics or a related field is essential, and what’s most important is your attitude. You’re a fast learner with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and you’re serious about building a long-term career in financial services and not afraid of sales. Some exposure to the industry is beneficial, but not essential. You need to be fluent in English an.d Afrikaans and currently residing in Cape TownWhat you’ll get
