What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll play a dual role, servicing existing clients through portfolio reviews, income sustainability reporting and financial planning guidance, while also providing crucial administrative and operational support to an established Wealth Manager. This includes preparing and reviewing investment documentation, assisting with compliance and new business submissions, and ensuring all CRM records are accurate and up to date. You’ll be the first line of query management, support wealth planner in their client engagements, and ensure smooth processes across investments, annuities, endowments, and retirement products.

What you’ll need

A completed Bachelor’s degree is essential, with a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning preferred. Completed RE5 is advantageous. Previous experience in investment administration or client servicing within financial planning is needed to succeed in this role. To stand out, you’ll need strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and colleagues. You need to be fluent in English and Afrikaans and have your own reliable transport to go see clients.
