Is this you?

You’re a naturally curious problem-solver who enjoys building smart, efficient systems. Detail-oriented and analytical, you take pride in clean data, secure processes and well-documented workflows. You collaborate easily with others, communicate clearly, and enjoy staying ahead of technology trends. What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll build, maintain and administer core internal business applications while driving automation initiatives using tools such as Power Automate and Make.com. Your role will involve integrating third-party APIs, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring data consistency across platforms. You’ll take ownership of PostgreSQL administration including user and role management, backups and restores, performance optimisation and routine maintenance. Along the way, you’ll document processes, apply version control best practices, and implement robust security measures including role-based access control and secret management.

Where you’ll be doing it

Our client is a rapidly scaling player in South Africa’s renewable energy sector, focused on developing, owning and managing clean energy assets. Known for its innovative approach and strong growth trajectory, the organisation is committed to digital transformation and operational excellence. What you’ll need

A degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Data Science or a related field is essential. You’ll bring experience in low-code development, automation platforms, relational databases (MS SQL Server or PostgreSQL), and REST API integrations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are key. Exposure to Python, JavaScript, cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), Git, and security frameworks will be advantageous.
