You take pride in preventative maintenance, work well under pressure and enjoy collaborating with production teams to maximise equipment reliability and performance.What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
You’ll maintain and repair injection moulding, extrusion and auxiliary equipment through planned preventative maintenance and rapid breakdown response. Working with PLCs, automation systems and CMMS, you’ll troubleshoot faults, conduct root cause analysis, support equipment installations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Kaizen. You’ll enjoy this role because your expertise will directly improve production efficiency, equipment reliability and operational success while mentoring junior team members along the way.Where you’ll be doing it

A Trade Test as a Millwright, Electrician or Fitter & Turner, or a National Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, together with 3 to 5 years’ maintenance experience within injection moulding, extrusion or FMCG manufacturing. Strong PLC troubleshooting, fault-finding, blueprint interpretation, automation knowledge, a valid driver’s licence and willingness to work 12-hour shifts and standby are essential.What you’ll get
