You’ll take ownership of a specialised product line, shaping its growth strategy, pricing, and market positioning. Working closely with sales teams, you’ll identify market opportunities, support clients on-site, and deliver technical training. You’ll analyse competitor activity, track performance against targets, and drive profitability. From launching new products to collaborating with R&D and marketing, you’ll play a key role in bringing innovative solutions to market while building strong relationships across the mining sector.Where you’ll be doing it

A degree in Mining Engineering (or similar) with 5–10 years’ experience in the mining sector. You’ll bring a solid understanding of underground operations, ideally with exposure to ground support, shotcrete, or related technologies. Experience in a technical-commercial or product management role will be highly advantageous, along with strong stakeholder engagement skills.What you’ll get
