You bring fresh ideas, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to stay organised even when the pace is hectic.

What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

This isn’t your typical marketing role – you’ll be involved in a bit of everything. From coordinating digital campaigns and creating scroll-stopping content for social media, to helping with product launches, events and activations. You’ll track performance, support growth strategies and keep brand roll-outs consistent across spaces. On top of that, you’ll assist the sales and leasing team with marketing collateral, listings and signage, while also running email campaigns and keeping clients engaged. It’s hands-on, it’s varied, and it’s where your creativity will shine.

They’re fast paced and the environment can also be described as very much entrepreneurial and profit focused, you’ll need to fit in well in an entrepreneurial / start up environment that is agile. You’ll work with a down-to-earth, creative and innovative team with a great boss that is all about empowering her team!

What you’ll need

You’ll have 2 – 3 years’ marketing experience of which at least 1 year of that has been in a marketing agency plus a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications or similar. Strong writing skills and confidence on social media and content scheduling tools are musts, while tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Mailchimp or HubSpot will give you an edge. A driver’s licence and reliable transport are also required. If you are familiar with B2B, property or sales environments it’s a bonus!

What you’ll get

A competitive basic salary and, following your probation period, access to a provident fund and group risk cover. You’ll also gain invaluable experience within a forward-thinking, growth-oriented company.
