What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
This isn’t your typical marketing role – you’ll be involved in a bit of everything. From coordinating digital campaigns and creating scroll-stopping content for social media, to helping with product launches, events and activations. You’ll track performance, support growth strategies and keep brand roll-outs consistent across spaces. On top of that, you’ll assist the sales and leasing team with marketing collateral, listings and signage, while also running email campaigns and keeping clients engaged. For digital marketing, you’ll be responsible for oversight and management of the website (as well as updates by yourself on the backend), working closely with the digital team ensuring successful SEO, Google Display and Paid search campaigns. You’ll develop and manage online lead generation including reports and analysis, manage all social media channels, external digital resources, track metrics and translate analytics and reports. From a budget management perspective, you’ll track and manage the budget and costs.
