What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll take full responsibility for ensuring the seamless operation of multiple offices, from managing facilities, suppliers and office resources to coordinating moves, renovations and maintenance. You’ll oversee general administration, internal communications, and supplier relationships while keeping policies and processes up to date. You’ll also organise events, manage travel logistics, and support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring employees have everything they need from day one. In addition, you’ll handle reception duties, creating a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.

You’ll join a well-established and growing professional services business known for its client-centric approach and high standards. The organisation operates in a structured yet collaborative environment, offering strong operational support and a culture that values professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. You’ll be fully office based in Tygervalley waterfront so living in the northern suburbs of Cape Town is ideal.

What you’ll need

You’ll have Matric and at least 2 years’ experience in an administrative or office coordination role, experience gained in the financial services industry is highly advantageous. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. You should be comfortable liaising with various stakeholders and confident using office systems and technology. You need to be fluent in English and Afrikaans and have your own reliable transport.
