What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end operations and maintenance of critical assets, ensuring optimal performance across their full lifecycle. This includes overseeing daily operations, implementing preventative maintenance programmes, managing budgets and controlling costs without compromising quality or safety. You’ll track performance through KPIs, analyse trends, and report on operational efficiency while ensuring full regulatory compliance. Working closely with internal teams, contractors and vendors, you’ll drive reliability, minimise downtime and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What you’ll need

You’ll bring solid experience in operations and maintenance or asset management, ideally within energy, infrastructure or industrial environments. Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, budget control, regulatory compliance and contractor management is essential, along with the ability to interpret performance data and lead operational teams effectively.
