You’ll take full operational ownership of a growing portfolio of solar PV and battery assets, ensuring performance, compliance and contractual deliverables are consistently met. From overseeing energy output and resolving underperformance, to validating billing, managing risk and improving operational efficiencies, you’ll drive both stability and growth. Acting as the senior point of contact for stakeholders, you’ll manage escalations, oversee reporting, and work closely with engineering and deployment teams to ensure seamless execution and long-term asset performance.Where you’ll be doing it

Proven experience at General Manager or Operations Manager level within a technical, asset-based or service-driven environment similar to renewable energy or infrastructure. Strong commercial and financial acumen is essential. Exposure to energy, utilities, engineering or technical operations will be highly advantageous. You must be comfortable managing performance, stakeholders and cross-functional teams.What you’ll get
