Salary: Market related

Big manufacturing roles can feel corporate and rigid. This one gives you the chance to grow fast in a business building the future of transport.

Is this you?

You’re a hands-on, organised and motivated production professional who enjoys solving problems and keeping things running smoothly. You’re eager to learn, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being involved on the factory floor. Whether it’s coordinating production schedules, improving processes or supporting the team, you take pride in delivering quality work and getting stuck in where needed.

What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll support the day-to-day running of production operations, helping ensure products are assembled, tested and delivered efficiently. From assisting with production planning and stock control to tracking quality and supporting continuous improvement initiatives, you’ll play an important role in keeping operations on track. You’ll work closely with engineering and leadership teams, gaining exposure to new product development and manufacturing processes in a growing renewable energy business. You’ll enjoy this role because it offers real variety, practical learning and the chance to develop your manufacturing career in an innovative environment.

Where you’ll be doing it

You’ll join a growing engineering business focused on renewable energy solutions for commercial transport applications. Known for its innovative technology and entrepreneurial culture, the company is entering an exciting growth phase with increasing local and international demand. The environment is collaborative, technical and purpose-driven, making it an ideal place to build your experience and grow alongside the business.

What you’ll need

A diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, along with around 3–5 years’ experience in manufacturing, production or operations support. Exposure to production planning, quality processes or lean manufacturing principles will help you succeed, while experience within electrical, renewable energy or technical manufacturing environments would be advantageous.

What you’ll get

The opportunity to grow your career in a future-focused business where your contribution will be visible from day one. You’ll gain valuable exposure to manufacturing operations, continuous improvement and renewable energy technology within a flexible, non-corporate environment.
