Shape the future of structural design.

Is this you?

You’re a hands-on engineer who thrives in complex, multidisciplinary environments. With a collaborative nature and a passion for problem-solving, you’re known for your attention to detail, systematic thinking, and ability to balance technical rigour with commercial awareness. Whether mentoring juniors or tackling high-level design questions, you stay calm under pressure and keep projects on track.

What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll be part of a dynamic team driving structural engineering excellence across high-profile industrial and mission-critical projects. You’ll work through all project phases, performing advanced calculations on steel, concrete and timber structures, evaluating design options, and collaborating closely with expert reviewers and project stakeholders. Your responsibilities will span client consultations, site meetings, quality checks, and mentoring junior engineers. You’ll also help ensure technical compliance, cost-effectiveness and smooth project execution—on time and within budget.

Where you’ll be doing it

You’ll join an innovative consultancy with an international footprint and a strong local presence in South Africa. This is a business that thrives on multidisciplinary collaboration, continuously evolving through digital innovation and employee development. Known for delivering integrated building solutions across sectors including data centres and industrial facilities, the company fosters a supportive, growth-minded culture where technical excellence is celebrated, and forward-thinking is the norm.

What you’ll need

You hold an MEng, BEng or BSc in Structural or Civil Engineering with a specialisation in building structures, and you’re professionally registered with ECSA. With 5–10+ years of consulting experience, you bring advanced skills in Revit, Robot, TEKLA, and ProKon, along with knowledge of 3D calculation and parametric/automated design tools. You’re client-focused, technically astute, and confident working across diverse, multi-disciplinary teams. Willingness to travel locally and internationally is essential.

What you’ll get

You’ll be part of a people-first organisation that actively invests in your development, values innovation, and delivers real-world impact through transformative design. You’ll benefit from a flexible, multicultural environment and be exposed to cutting-edge projects locally and abroad.
