Technical credibility comes naturally to you, but so does building relationships. You enjoy getting close to a customer’s operation, understanding the challenge and translating complex pump, valve and system requirements into practical commercial solutions.

What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

Taking ownership from technical selection through to delivery, you’ll prepare engineered proposals, support feasibility studies, troubleshoot installation issues and coordinate project milestones. Customer site visits, technical consultations, tenders and presentations will form part of your world, alongside developing key accounts across African growth markets. You’ll enjoy combining hands-on engineering with sales, problem-solving and tangible commercial impact.

Where you’ll be doing it

Join a global engineering environment with more than 150 years of industry experience and deep expertise across pumps, valves and fluid-handling systems. You’ll work within a business serving demanding industrial, water and energy applications, where technical innovation, reliability and application know-how are central to solving complex customer challenges.

What you’ll need

Bring a Technical and/or Commercial Degree or Diploma plus at least 5 years’ sales engineering experience within pumps, valves or related industries. Strong application knowledge across industrial water treatment, pulp and paper, metals, steam, boilers, heating and cooling is important. Tender preparation and Key Account Management experience are essential, while EasySelect, KSBase or Spaix exposure is advantageous. Microsoft 365 proficiency is required, together with SAP and C4C.
