You’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of fibre infrastructure rollouts across Windhoek and beyond. From planning and permitting to trenching, ducting, installation and handover—you’ll take full accountability for project delivery. You’ll work closely with engineering teams, local authorities, and subcontractors to ensure builds are completed on time, safely, and to spec. This is a hands-on role where your leadership will directly shape the growth of high-speed connectivity across Namibia.Where you’ll be doing it

You hold a qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Project Management, and bring proven experience in delivering fibre or ICT infrastructure projects. You’re comfortable leading site teams, managing contractors, and navigating municipal processes. A valid driver’s licence and the flexibility to travel within the region are essential.What you’ll get
