You’ll manage complex industrial ammonia refrigeration projects from planning to commissioning across South and East Africa. You’ll lead industrial ammonia refrigeration projects from initial planning through to commissioning. Your focus will be on managing timelines, budgets, and contractors, while ensuring total compliance with ammonia safety standards. You’ll coordinate multidisciplinary teams on-site, resolve challenges quickly, and maintain strong relationships with clients through clear and consistent communication. You must have proven experience managing ammonia (NH₃) refrigeration projects, including installation and commissioning in safety-critical environments. We are ideally looking for 5+ years in this space to show full understanding of the project lifecycle. You’ll hold a degree in engineering or a technical diploma, with ammonia safety certification (Cat 1 / 2) and a recognised project management credential like PMP or PRINCE2.What you’ll get
