Be the operational link that keeps dynamic business parks running smoothly!

Is this you?

You’re a detail-oriented, hands-on problem solver with strong coordination skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing contractors, and have the ability to balance multiple operational priorities. With a proactive mindset, you’re confident dealing with inspections, repairs, and security oversight – always ensuring things run efficiently.

What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of multiple business parks, coordinating maintenance, repairs, inspections, and security oversight. Your responsibilities will range from sourcing and motivating quotes, managing contractors, and capturing utility readings, to conducting entry and exit inspections and ensuring remedial works are completed. You’ll also act as the go-to liaison between park managers, service providers, and head office, assisting with projects, CAPEX motivations, and day-to-day operational issues. It’s a varied role where no two days look the same, and where your input will directly support the success of the parks and their tenants.

Where you’ll be doing it

You’ll be joining a trailblazing organisation that is redefining the property landscape with its innovative serviced logistics parks. Recognised for its entrepreneurial culture and customer-first approach, the company creates spaces where businesses thrive. You’ll be based in Cape Town CBD, with regular travel to business parks across the region — working onsite and being part of a collaborative, supportive team environment.

What you’ll need

You’ll bring solid experience in facilities or property maintenance coordination, within industrial or commercial real estate. Minimum of a matric qualification with strong knowledge of building maintenance and contractor management is key, along with the ability to read and interpret quotes and technical submissions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and task tracking tools is essential. You must be a South African citizen with your own reliable transport and a willingness to travel between business parks.

What you’ll get

A competitive basic salary, provident fund and group risk cover post-probation, plus reimbursement of petrol claims when travelling between business parks. Beyond that, you’ll enjoy working in a growing, forward-thinking business where your contribution makes a visible difference.
