What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll drive regional growth by promoting and expanding industrial equipment sales across a broad territory that includes Gauteng, Free State, and occasional travel to the Western Cape and some of the SADC regions. Working closely with channel partners and end-users, you’ll identify and close new business opportunities, provide expert consultation, and deliver tailored solutions that set your products apart. You’ll manage a healthy sales pipeline, maintain deep technical product knowledge, and ensure high client satisfaction through coordination with internal teams. Regular travel to clients will keep you well-connected across your portfolio.

Where you’ll be doing it

You will be out on the road from Mondays to Thursdays and in office on Fridays.

What you’ll need

You’ll have a proven track record in territory management, with the ability to clearly demonstrate consistent year-on-year revenue growth. With a minimum of 3 years of experience selling equipment into the food industry (industrial equipment), you’re well-versed in navigating complex sales cycles. You work independently, manage multiple projects with ease, and are comfortable travelling extensively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with solid MS Office skills. You’re customer-focused, service-oriented, and bring a can-do attitude to everything you do.
