What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll support management and sales representatives with customer communication, order processing and project coordination. From compiling sales and order status reports to handling product enquiries and preparing quotes, you’ll ensure smooth daily operations. You’ll manage all related documentation including quotes, tax invoices and delivery notes, liaise with suppliers, assist with stock and order planning, and ensure deliveries meet deadlines. You’ll provide ad hoc operational support where required.

You’ll be joining a well-established, respected company in the marine industry with a solid market presence. The team values stability and reliability, providing a supportive environment for a professional who takes pride in consistency and accuracy. The office is based in Paarden Eiland, working Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30, in a fully office-based role.

What you’ll need

Matric is essential, along with at least 5 years’ sales administration experience. An admin or finance qualification would be advantageous. Strong computer literacy is required, ideally with Pastel experience. If not Pastel, some other similar software is needed. You’ll need solid reporting and communication skills. We’d ideally love someone with an understanding of exchange rates and foreign currencies. Most importantly, you need the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
